Online Course Withdrawal Process

 

All students dropping or withdrawing from an online course after the start date will be assessed a withdrawal fee of $50 in addition to the refund percentage in the chart below. Withdrawal requests must be submitted prior to the midpoint of your course. You will not be withdrawn from a course without written notification. Students who cease or fail to attend (virtual or otherwise) without formally withdrawing from the course will receive a grade of “E.”

You may not drop or withdraw from any course after the term midpoint. Telephone requests to withdraw will not be accepted. A "W" grade will be given to any student who formally withdraws from a course prior to its midpoint.

Prior to the 2nd week 100%
Prior to the 3rd week 75%
Prior to the 4th week 50%
Prior to the 5th week NA
Prior to the 6th week NA
Prior to the 7th week NA
