contact the CMU Online Help Desk by e-mailing

CMU Online Course Support is staffed Monday though Friday between the hours of 8
a.m. and 5 p.m.
When e-mailing, be sure to include your full name, the course you are taking and
details about the problem or question you have so it can be answered efficiently
and promptly.
