Graduation with Honors Eligibility Form – May 2009

 

To determine whether you are eligible to Graduate with Honors respond to the following questions:

 

  1. I [will] have completed at least 45 hours of residence credit from Central Michigan University.

    2. No    Yes

     

  2. I [will] have completed at least 45 hours of residence credit by the end of the Fall 2008 semester.

No    Yes

  1. At least 33 hours of the 45 hours of residence credit were letter graded, i.e., I received a grade of A, B, C or D. (Up to 12 credits may have been graded on a Credit/No credit basis.)

No    Yes

  1. My total cumulative grade point average at the end of the Fall 2008 semester was at least a 3.50. (You can confirm your total cumulative grade point average by checking your last grade report or the CMU Portal available at: portal.cmich.edu).

No    Yes

To qualify for Honors you must have been able to answer "Yes" to each of the above questions. If you were able to answer "Yes" to each question, you do not need to take any further action. Your name will automatically be placed on the list of graduates who will receive honors recognition.
