The MA in Education Quality Story: Off-Campus Library Services
More than nine out of ten current M.A. in Education students said they were
satisfied with the ease of accessing OCLS’s website, and with providing
necessary resources to meet their needs.
When responses of “not
applicable” are subtracted, more than nine out of ten students indicated
their satisfaction with staff approachability, knowledge, friendliness, and
with providing services quickly enough to meet their needs.
