Graduate Certificate, Vehicle Design and Manufacturing Administration
The Vehicle Design and Manufacturing Administration certificate prepares students to take leadership responsibility in vehicle design and manufacturing administration. After completing the graduate certificate with the VDMA concentration, graduates will be able to understand and implement the complete engineering and manufacturing processes involved in creating vehicles in the high tech global marketplace. Course content will include:
(1) vehicle total quality administration,
(2) lean engineering technology,
(3) regulatory, marketing and economic environments,
(4) vehicle manufacturing constraints,
(5) vehicle project management and
(6) materials management.
