Organizational Research and Assessment (OR&A)
The Office of OR&A is responsible for
providing research findings and data that determine the quality of ProfEd
degree programs. They are responsible for several kinds of research projects
and for working with ProfEd’s academic programs to assess student outcomes.
To accomplish all this, the Office of OR&A implements semi-annual Alumni and
Current Student Surveys for each academic program. They work closely with
program directors to develop and implement 5-year plans to assess student
learning as well as several other student outcomes. They report these
findings to our stakeholders to support and help improve ProfEd degree
programs.
