The Instructor End-of-Course survey will provide you with an opportunity to reflect on your teaching experiences, while at the same time supplying CMU with information on your students and the course from your perspective. The results of this survey will be available to you, your mentor, department chair, and CMU Administration.

Please be as specific, complete, and reflective as possible. You can use this information to compare your experience in this course with your students' experience as a way to improve your teaching effectiveness.
