The End-of-Course Survey was revised to measure the principles of teaching effectiveness that are outlined in The Articulation of the Faculty Role (Maximizing Learning). The questions were revised to provide you with more focused feedback on your performance in the classroom. There are two versions of the End-of-Course Survey. Following are samples of each type:
The two versions vary only slightly. The student Comment Sheet was also revised. All students - face to

In December 2003, the Instructor End-of-Course Survey was created to capture
your experiences teaching adult students in non-traditional formats.
Although not required, we suggest that you take this valuable opportunity to
reflect upon your teaching and to share with administrators any issues you
may have had that either positively or negatively affected your ability to
provide a productive learning environment. The Instructor End-of-Course
Survey will ask you to evaluate yourself and your course against the same 8
principles of teaching effectiveness that the students complete in their
end-of-course survey. A sample of the
Instructor End-of-Course Survey is
available.
