Master of Arts degree in Education
The Master of Arts degree in Education is an interdisciplinary graduate degree
program that is designed to broaden and deepen the knowledge and skills needed
for individuals to function in various positions of educational leadership in a
variety of venues. An important aspect of this program is preparing adult
learners to apply their knowledge and skills in practical ways to effect
positive change in their work situations. The program’s common core of courses
is augmented by five concentrations, which allows students to pursue the program
that is best suited to their needs and interests.
