Certificate Program in Forensic Accounting
and Fraud Investigation

Central Michigan University's certificate program in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation, co-sponsored by the College of Business Administration School of Accounting and Off-Campus Programs, consists of four one-day short courses in Troy, Michigan. The series is designed for accounting and business professionals - those in law, finance, government regulation, management, law enforcement, non-profits and banking - who want to broaden their general knowledge of this growing field. The program will help those considering certification as a forensic accountant (Cr.FA) or fraud examiner (CFE) prepare for further education and testing.Completion of the series of four courses leads to a certificate.

 

Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

Each course in the Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation certificate program will earn 8 CPE credits for accounting professionals. Earning the certificate equals 32 total CPE credits.
