Notes:
- If a class has a format that is not listed on the grid, please compute total number of days in the course and divide by the number of course dates occurring before the withdrawal date to find the percent of completed course time. If the course is 10-33% over, the amount to be refunded is 75%; if the course is 34 - 49% over, the amount to be refunded is 50%; if the course is more thatn 49% over, no refund will be generated. CA workshops are non-refundable after the first meeting. A "W" grade will be given to any student who formally withdraws from a course prior to its midpoint.
- California: In compliance with California regulations, Camp Pendleton students who have completed 60% or less of the course instruction can request a prorated refund. The refund shall be the amount the student paid for tuition multiplied by a fraction: the numerator is the number of hours of instruction that the student has NOT received, and the denominator is the total number of hours of instruction.
- Students who cease/fail to attend (virtual or otherwise) and have not formally withdrawn from the course will receive a grade of "E".
- *If you are taking a course that meets on the weekend, a written drop/withdrawal request will need to be sent to your center's email address prior to the second class meeting time. This means that if you are taking a class that meets on Friday and Saturday, your written request would have to be sent before the beginning of class on Saturday morning to be considered for a full refund.
