Larry Fulton is the Chief of Operations Research for the Army Medical Department Center for Strategic Studies.  He is a credentialed healthcare administrator with a Ph.D. in Management Science & Information Systems (Decision Science and Statistics Concentration) from the University of Texas at Austin.  Dr. Fulton holds master degrees in Health Administration, Human Resource Management, Military Arts & Sciences, and Mathematical Statistics (Mathematics Department).  He is also an adjunct for several universities including Baylor University.

Dr. Fulton is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the American Statistical Association, the Institute for Operations Research & Management Science (INFORMS), and the Military Operations Research Society.  He has multiple publications and presentations in operations research and health administration disciplines and maintains active reviewer status for several journals.
