Emily Bates is a junior at CMU, with a Health Administration major and a Leadership minor. She has been active in the Collegiate Health Administration Preparatory Society (CHAPS), a Registered Student Organization, for the past two years. She served as the Fund Raising Chair for the 2007-2008 school year and will serve as President for the 2008-2009 school year. Emily is an elected member of the Health Administration Advisory Council and serves as the undergraduate program representative. She has experience working in the Dietary department at Memorial Healthcare in Owosso, Michigan. Emily's future interests include working in hospital administration, the pharmaceutical industry or the insurance industry.
