In-depth study of management and statistical techniques employed in the analysis, design and implementation of quality assurance and control systems in manufacturing and service organizations. Prerequisites: MGT 303/MKT 303 or MGT 340; STA 282 or STA 382; 86 semester hours completed; admission to Professional Business Studies or listed on signed major or minor or graduate standing.Credit Hours - (3)
