In this Economy-What Graduates Must Do-Perform-Perform-Perform
In this economy graduates must continue to not only hope for the best but they must perform by developing every skill they have. I heard someone say the other day You should spend 75% of your time on what you are are Genius at, 25% of your time on what you are excellent at (and my additional comment) outsource the rest. As a soon to be graduate of the MSA program I am currently seeking and listening for every opportunity to add value whether it is in the classroom-you all know by now we work in groups quite a lot or whether its in the job market. Let's listen for opportunity within our groups, which person in your group do you consider the leader, the writer, the manager, the researcher, the social butterfly. Utilize each person according to their gifts and talents and you are sure to do well because we must perform, perform, perform.
