CMU Off-Campus Programs has several scholarship programs that would benefit greatly from your donation. You can designate a specific scholarship or allow CMU Off-Campus Programs to use your donation where there is the most need. Or you can endow a scholarship that will forever benefit an Off-Campus CMU student in need.
Gifts to Central Michigan University qualify as charitable contributions to higher education. The federal government permits a deduction for individuals who itemize on tax returns, and the state of Michigan allows a tax credit to residents and corporations.
A new scholarship to help military veterans who have been honorably discharged within the last four years pursue a higher education to help them make the transition from military to civilian life.

Single parents face even greater obstacles to continuing their education.
The On my Own Award was established to help single parents as they pursue
their higher education through Central Michigan University’s Off-Campus
Programs.
CMU Off-Campus Programs prides itself on the caring environment we create
for our students. Often the experience is so fulfilling that graduates will
re-enroll for a master’s degree or graduate certificate. This scholarship was
established in 2006 to honor these graduates and their dedication to a higher
education.
Established in 2001 by alumni and friends of CMU’s Off-Campus Programs,
proceeds from the endowment are used to support scholarships for outstanding
CMU Off-Campus students.
To honor severely injured military personnel who have incurred injuries
while serving in combat on behalf of the United States or the spouse of a
severely injured service member, this scholarship is designed to help through
these difficult times.
The Bernard Landuyt Scholarship Fund was established for CMU’s Off-Campus
Program’s students pursuing a graduate degree through the Metro Detroit
Centers.
This scholarship was established in 1988 by Southeastern Michigan Hospital
Purchasing Management, Inc., in honor of Blanche Connell for an off-campus
graduate student pursuing a Master of Science in Administration degree.
Preference is given to residents within the seven county area of southeastern
Michigan.
Established in 1999 in memory of a much loved CMU associate professor, this
scholarship is for CMU Off-Campus Programs graduate students working toward a
